Oh my goodness you guys, how adorable is my little muggle? I mean, technically of course it’s too early for us to know for sure, she may very well get her Hogwarts letter in ten years, but for now, I’m just gonna snuggle my sweet muggle!!! đ

A few weeks ago, Zonderkidz sent me a free copy of The Berenstain Bears Easter Fun Sticker And Activity Book to review.

This adorable activity book by Jan & Mike Berenstain includes coloring pages, mazes, crosswords, secret messages and more, plus over fifty reusable stickers. It includes lots of lovely, full color illustrations and repeatedly points to the real reason we celebrate Easter.Â
My three year old immediately claimed the book as hers and has LOVED coloring it and using the stickers. It definitely has plenty of fun for ages three and up, but I actually think my seven year old would get the most out of it. Many of the activities seem to be geared for about kindergarten level, as long as an adult is around to read the instructions, but there are also a handful of activities that are for an older child who is a fluent reader, or for you to do with your younger kiddo.
The Berenstain Bears Easter Fun Sticker And Activity Book is a perfect little book to stick in your kid’s Easter basket with a pack of washable markers before you get together with your family for a big Easter lunch so she can sit and color while Great Aunt Sally regales you all with an hour long tale of the charming personalities of each of her fifty cats. đ
If you’d like ideas for other books that would be great Easter gifts, be sure to check out my review of Ready, Set, Find Easter and keep an eye out for reviews I’ll be posting soon of more lovely Easter books from Zonderkidz that are great for older kids.

A few weeks ago Zonderkidz sent me a free copy of Ready, Set, Find Easter to review, and it’s sooo adorable!Â

This fun little board book, intended for ages two and up, has “hidden images” to find on each page. Because it’s for itty-bitties, the images are actually very easy to find. My three year old, Smiles, LOVES pointing excitedly at all the objects she’s supposed to find on the pages. It’s nice and bright and durable for my one year old to look at, too.
This book is primarily a book for littles to enjoy looking at as opposed to a storybook, but it does have a Bible verse on each page related to the scene. There are five pages, starting with Palm Sunday and of course ending with the Resurrection. The artwork on each page is colorful and engaging.
I love putting books in my sweeties’ Easter baskets, and this is a perfect choice for two to four year olds. đ
As I write this, Smiles has been sitting on the couch happily looking at Ready, Set, Find Easter for half an hour. While I really love to read to my girls, honestly sometimes a book that can occupy Smiles without me  for awhile is just the best thing ever.
I’ll be sharing some other lovely Easter books from Zonderkidz soon, so be watching for that. I’d love to hear your favorite Easter books, too!Â

Hello lovelies! Zonderkidz sent me free copies of these fantastic books so I could review them! They’re all perfect for my sweet girls and I’ll be sharing reviews of each one individually soon, so keep an eye out for those posts!
What do you typically put in your kids Easter baskets? I’ve done different things, one year we did a “water” theme, and gave my girls each a colorful beach towel and stuffed animals of sea creatures and water toys to use in their water table and the pool. I think last year we gave items to play with in the backyard – chalk, balls, bubbles, and so on. We’ve included books several years and I feel like those have been the items that have stayed around the longest, so I’m definitely doing that again this year. đ

I can’t believe this tiny baby is ONE today! Because her birthday is Pi Day and her nickname is Apple we’re having an apple pie party for her, but not until April 1st because that’s when my lovely family from out of state is coming to town! I’ll share some pics of it with you guys afterward.
Happy Birthday, my precious baby girl! I love you so much – you’re sweet as pie and the apple of my eye. đ
