So I was at Half Price Books the other day, and was actually wandering around sans kids because my in-laws were with us and offered to watch them in the kids section! Sweet!
Unfortunately, I didn’t really know what to do with myself because I primarily read books on my nook these days. (I apologize if you’re an avid e-reader hater. I was at first…then Misteris got one for “himself” but he let me test it out, and I realized how much more often I was able to read with it, and because I have a total love affair with books, I stole his nook and have been hooked ever since. And since I’m already completely off topic, let me add that the ability to check e-books out from the library from my own computer is pretty much the best thing since Keurigs!)
Ooops, sorry for that tangent. Anyway, I decided to look at baby books for Ice Cream. And immediately laughed at myself. Boo’s baby book is still 100% empty. I’m just not good at that kind of thing. I thought, ya know, someone really needs to make a baby book where you just clap a sticker on a page when your kid does something you want to remember. And then I saw this:
It’s a 12 page book with stickers for each milestone (and some extras to create your own). I kid you not! This is exactly what I need!!! The pages even have the option of being pulled out of the book to form a long banner you can hang in your kid’s room, if that makes it easier to keep track of where you put the thing. 😉
Gotta love it when you find something that’s perfect for you! Now if someone would just start a coffee delivery service!!! 😀
